For jewellery, minor variations in finish or appearance should not automatically be considered a defect.

Jewellery should be handled and stored with care. Exposure to water, perfumes, cosmetics, sweat, chemicals and prolonged moisture may affect the appearance and finish of jewellery.

Pricing

Product prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR). You may view estimated prices in your selected currency; the final amount and payment arrangements are confirmed by DS CURATED before payment.

Prices may be changed or updated from time to time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, where required by law, will be displayed/charged as applicable.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing/listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Orders must be paid for through the payment methods made available by DS CURATED.

An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's network and applicable circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind returns, incorrect selection and preference-based returns are not accepted.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
