At DS CURATED, we carefully pack every order so that your pieces reach you safely and beautifully.

Delivery across India is complimentary and included in the product price.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellation may not be possible. We will try our best to assist where possible.

International orders are currently available on request.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes/duties and estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed with you before payment.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable in the destination country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
